Angle Adjustment Gas Spring
Established in 2002, Xingtai Juxiang focuses on precision gas spring production. The Angle Adjustment Gas Spring is designed for flip covers, adjustable seats, workbenches and medical platforms, supporting stepless multi-angle positioning. It covers 50N–2600N extension force, 10–800mm stroke and -30℃ to +80℃ working temperature. Available with φ15/22/28/40mm tube diameters and 50 PCS MOQ, it fits standard usage and custom OEM projects for furniture, medical, automotive and industrial fields.
Also known as lockable gas spring, this angle adjustment gas spring is a hydro-pneumatic positioning component for full-stroke stepless locking. Different from ordinary free-movement gas springs, it adopts a special internal valve structure. The valve closes to block internal gas flow, fixing equipment at any required angle. It replaces traditional mechanical ratchet structures, reduces manual operation load and avoids sudden equipment movement risks for daily and medical equipment.
Built-in damping structure controls operation movement without impact or sudden dropping. Two locking modes are optional: elastic locking (K<1.2) with soft buffer feeling, and rigid locking (K<1.6) for stable zero-displacement fixation. Precision sealing structure keeps stable supporting force after thousands of repeated adjustments. The release pin stroke is ≤3.5mm with ≤0.25×F1 operating force, supporting manual button and pull-wire dual control modes for easy activation.

Overall mounting length can be customized on request to fit your specific structural requirements.
Standard piston rods adopt hard chrome plating to adapt to frequent repeated use. 304 and 316 stainless steel versions suit humid, salt spray and chemical contact environments. All units pass strict airtightness test, 50,000–100,000 cycle fatigue test and standard salt spray & temperature cycling test. Force parameters are controlled within ±5% tolerance to maintain stable batch performance.

Angle adjustment gas springs are widely used in multiple industries. Medical beds, operating tables and examination chairs realize safe and stable angle adjustment. Office standing desks, adjustable chairs and monitor arms deliver labor-free tilting operation. Industrial workbench panels and flip lids maintain fixed angles under load. It also applies to vehicle seats and emergency equipment consoles for stable locking in vibration environments.

We support full customization of force, stroke, tube size, end fittings and control modes. OEM and ODM services cover standard and special commercial equipment designs. With mature export experience, we provide stable delivery and complete trade documentation for Europe, South America, the Middle East and Southeast Asian markets.

Q1: What is the difference between elastic and rigid locking?
A: Elastic locking reserves buffer elasticity for comfortable adjustment. Rigid locking achieves zero movement fixation, suitable for precision and safety-related equipment.
Q2: Can release stroke and parameters be customized?
A: Yes, we can adjust actuation stroke and related parameters to match your equipment design.
Q3: How does temperature affect product performance?
A: Force changes about 3.4% per 10℃ temperature fluctuation. Custom temperature-resistant models are available for extreme working conditions.
Q4: What causes reduced locking force?
A: Rod scratches or seal damage lead to internal gas and oil leakage. Standard installation and daily protection can extend service life.
Q5: Is rod-down installation mandatory?
A: Rod-down mounting is recommended for seal lubrication. We also support customized horizontal mounting structures.
